About Dr. Evans
Dr. Evans is a board-certified Urologist with Baptist Health Medical Group in Paducah specializing in penile implants and male urinary incontinence surgery. A ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Arkansas, Dr. Evans earned his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine prior to completing his Urology training in the Army at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.
After 14 years of active duty Army service in Urology with tours in Germany and at Fort Campbell, Dr. Evans has practiced in western Kentucky since 2017. He is the recipient of the Army Meritorious Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Army Commendation Medal.
