A ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Arkansas, Dr. Evans earned his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine prior to completing his Urology training in the Army at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.
After 14 years of active duty Army service in Urology with tours at Landstuhl, Germany and Fort Campbell, Dr. Evans has practiced in western Kentucky since 2017 and served several years in the Army Reserve. Now a retired Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Evans is the recipient of the Army Meritorious Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Army Commendation Medal.
Dr. Evans enjoys spending time on the lake with his wife and 3 children, deer hunting, and serving on medical missions. Dr. Evans is now accepting new patients at Baptist Health in Paducah.
